Today, the Lord willing, we will return to the book of Acts for the purpose of discovering how the Holy Spirit worked in and through the believers in the first church which was located in the city of Jerusalem. The relevance of the experiences of the leaders of their assembly is apparent when one considers the strong current of resistance being waged today against those who hold to the traditional values that once defined the culture of our country. The Bible is timeless and tested and always true. We must hold to its teachings firmly and speak the truth with compassion and boldness, always.
